Illumina® Equine Genotyping Panel
The soon to be released Equine SNP Genotyping BeadChip is a multi-sample array which will contain approximately 50,000 evenly spaced, highly informative SNP probes. It was developed in collaboration with the International Equine Genome Mapping Workshop and the Morris Animal Foundation’s Equine Genome Consortium. The BeadChip allows genome-wide association studies to identify the genetic basis for phenotypic variation in horses.
