Gene Expression Analysis
Whole-Genome Arrays:
Two whole-genome arrays are available that reflect the latest advancements in human genomics, with up to date content derived from the National Center for Biotechnology Information Reference Sequence (NCBI RefSeq) database.
Human WG-6 Expression: PDF
Provides the most biologically relevant information for whole genome expression. Featuring a multisample format, this BeadChip assays more than 48,000 transcripts and profiles six samples simultaneously on a single chip. It contains supplemental content based on the UniGene database, offering additional coverage of experimentally confirmed mRNA sequences.
Human Ref-8 v3 Expression: PDF
HumanRef-8 BeadChip targets approximately 24,500 well-annotated RefSeq transcripts and enables the interrogation of eight samples in parallel. With the lowest per-sample pricing, Human Expression BeadChips let you do more for less.
Custom Content Array - Panels can be custom designed. Call (866) 599-2482.
Focused Gene Expression Arrays:
These arrays can query groups of up to 1,400 genes consisting of either standard or custom probe content.
DASL Gene Expression:
DASL Gene Expression: PDF
An array-based method for expression profiling of partially degraded RNA samples such as those found in FFPE samples. Low sample input uses as little as 50 ng RNA. This BeadChip features up-to-date content covering more than 24,000 annotated genes derived from RefSeq.
DASL Human Cancer Panel: PDF
This panel targets 502 genes selected from ten publicly available cancer gene lists. Genes were chosen based on their frequency of appearance on these lists and the frequency of literature citations of these genes in association with cancer. The assay is designed and optimized to work well on sub-optimal samples such as found in formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) specimens.
